By signing in to NexaOne you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
NexaOne organizes records and documents that you choose to store in your own Google Drive. The service is provided 'as is' during this early-access period; features may change.
Your data, your responsibility
Your records live in your Google Drive under your Google account's security. Keep your Google account secure. We recommend enabling 2-step verification on your Google account.
Acceptable use
Do not use NexaOne to store unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
AI answers
Assistant responses are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information (deadlines, amounts, legal or medical details) against the original document.
Liability
NexaOne is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss within your Google Drive, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on AI-generated answers.
Termination
You may stop using NexaOne at any time; your data remains in your Drive. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
