Frequently asked
Can NexaOne access my entire Google Drive?+
No. NexaOne uses Google's restricted 'drive.file' scope, which means it can only see the files it creates inside its own NexaOne folder. It cannot read, list, or touch anything else in your Google Drive.
Where are my documents stored?+
In your own Google Drive, inside a folder named 'NexaOne'. Nothing is stored on NexaOne's servers — there is no central document database.
What information is sent to AI?+
Only record metadata — titles, categories and dates — and only in the moment you ask the assistant a question. Your files are never sent, except if you choose the optional auto-naming feature. You can also turn the AI assistant off in Settings to keep everything local.
What happens if I delete NexaOne?+
Your documents stay with you, in your Google Drive. To remove everything, delete the 'NexaOne' folder and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We keep only minimal account details, which we delete on request.
Can I add family members?+
Yes. The Family plan lets you keep records for up to five members, with shared organisation and emergency cards for the moments that matter.
Can I use it for Aadhaar, PAN, insurance and health records?+
Yes — those are exactly what NexaOne is built to organise, together with reminders for expiries and renewals so nothing lapses.
Is NexaOne available on mobile?+
Yes. It works in your mobile browser and can be installed as an app (PWA/Android). You can also reach your records through the optional Telegram bot.
